- Data Upload to E-Verify:
Employment Crosscheck uploads the data into the E-Verify program for instant Employment Eligibility Status checks.
- Cross-Agency Matching:
The data is first matched against the Social Security Administration’s records, then sent to the Department of Homeland Security for further verification.
- Instant Results and Issue Resolution:
The instant result is either “Employment Authorized” or a “Tentative Non-Confirmation” letter issued by the DHS or SSA, with instructions on how to resolve any issues. BioVerify provides live support for these cases and other employment compliance concerns.
